GILL, Robin
(1944 -)

Christian Ethicist, based in Canterbury at the University of Kent, where he holds an Anglican- endowed professorial chair in Modern Theology. Strong advocate of the thesis that the unity of Christian ethics ‘lies mainly in certain biblically consonant values held in tension’, for instance ‘love’ and ‘justice’.
